01 General Terms & Conditions

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account with Marbel Bet, you must provide accurate and complete information. Any attempt to register with false details will result in account termination, and any deposited funds may be forfeited. You will be required to provide your real name, date of birth, and an active mobile number at the time of registration.

• Age Verification: After registration, Marbel Bet may request your national ID or birth certificate at any time.
• Information Update: If your contact details change, update your account immediately.
• Password Security: Keep your account password strong and never share it with anyone.
• Account Transfer: Selling, renting, or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Restricted Regions: Access to Marbel Bet may be restricted or prohibited from certain countries or regions.

Under its KYC (Know Your Customer) policy, Marbel Bet may request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in withdrawals or other services being temporarily suspended.

03 Payment & Deposit Policy

Marbel Bet accepts deposits via popular mobile banking services in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits can be made in BDT. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are specified on the Platform and are subject to change.

• Minimum Deposit: A minimum deposit amount per transaction will be set on the platform.
• Transaction Hours: Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly; however, technical issues may occasionally cause a slight delay.
• Third-Party Payments: Making deposits from another person's account is strictly prohibited.
• Currency: All transactions will be processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Deposit Cancellation: Once a deposit has been successfully completed, it cannot be reversed, but may be accessed through a withdrawal.

04 Bonus & Promotional Offers

Marbel Bet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, and bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until those conditions are met. The full terms governing bonuses are outlined below.

• Wagering Requirements: Each bonus comes with a specific wagering multiplier that must be met. For example, a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount.
• Bonus Validity: Every bonus has an expiry period. If the conditions are not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.

• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit the bonus system dishonestly will result in account closure.
• Single Bonus: Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.

05 Gaming Rules

All games available on Marbel Bet — including slots, Live Casino, bingo, and fish games — are operated by third-party game providers. Game outcomes are determined entirely by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology and are fully impartial. No game result is predetermined or manipulated.

• Game Results Are Final: Once a game round has concluded, the result cannot be changed.
• Disconnection: Marbel Bet is not liable for disconnections during gameplay; however, cases involving system errors will be reviewed.
• Bet Limits: Each game has a specified minimum and maximum bet limit.
• Multiple Tabs Prohibited: Playing the same game in multiple browser tabs simultaneously is prohibited.
• Automated Play: Using bots or automated software to play is strictly prohibited.

Marbel Bet reserves the right to recover any incorrect payouts resulting from a technical error. If a technical issue causes an abnormal outcome in any game, that round will be voided and the wagered amount refunded.

06 Withdrawal Policy

Certain conditions must be met to withdraw winnings from Marbel Bet. Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. This policy is strictly enforced to prevent money laundering.

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount will be as specified on the Platform.
• Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–30 minutes; however, verification may be required in some cases, which can take up to 24 hours.
• KYC Verification: Identity verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.
• Bonus Withdrawal: Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.
• Withdrawal Cancellation: Withdrawals that have already been processed cannot be cancelled.

• Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the date the complaint was submitted.
• In any dispute regarding game outcomes, game logs and server records will be treated as the final evidence.

• If the matter is not resolved through support, both parties will attempt to reach a resolution through mutual discussion.

Marbel Bet's decisions are considered final unless clear evidence of a technical error can be demonstrated.

11 Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Marbel Bet reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. A notice will be published on the site before any changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
